Revised Fee Structure for Advocates Enrollment .

Kerala Bar Council revised the fees strucure for Advocate enrollment. According to new change, a special fees has been introduced for those who enrolling a long time after attaining a Law Degree. 

The fees of Rs. 25,000 has to pay for resuming practice after retiring from service. This is an addition to the normal processing fee.

Law graduates who are enrolling after 5 years from attaining the degreeshould pay an additional fees of Rs. 10,000 and those who are enrolling after 10 years from attaining the degree should pay Rs. 15,000.

The application form for enrollment is now dearer. Now it costs Rs.1200, earlier its cost was Rs.700. The enrollment fees has no change. Rs. 600 fro general candidates and Rs.100 for SC/ST candidates. The enrollment registration fees has been increased from Rs.1450 to Rs. 1750. The enrollment certificate fees too increased from Rs.300 to Rs. 500.

The fees for duplicate copy of the certificate is Rs. 1000.

The resume of practice fees is Rs.10,000.

The fees for changing practice to Kerala from other state is Rs. 75,000 while those who want to change their practice location from Kerala too should pay a fees of Rs.5000
